Dr. Vani Pavan
Dr. Pavan is the owner and founder of Sleep Better BCS. She is a member of the American Academy of Periodontics, American Dental Association, Residency trained in Periodontology and Oral Implantology from a 3 year Master’s program from Ivy League University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.
With over 20 years of experience in Dentistry Dr. Pavan has established herself as one who strives for and delivers life-like Aesthetic Soft Tissue results by using cutting edge Cosmetic Techniques in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry. Her patients are people from all walks of life who come to her to get their smiles restored.
Dr. Pavan firmly believes life is fulfilling with a great smile and healthy teeth. She understands that too many among us are unable to tap into our vast potential because we are either conscious at best or embarrassed at worst about our smile and this prevents us from wanting to be social. Pain prevents most of us from truly enjoying our lives and most among us are afraid to go see the dentist. This certainly need not be this way! Her professional goal is to help her patients overcome these circumstances. She ensures this by providing a safe, pain-free clinical experience in a compassionate environment that alleviates patient’s stress and helps them win their smiles back. This defines her professional mission and personal passion.
Education And Training
The care that Dr. Pavan provides in her office is unique, as she is trained in Periodontics, Dental Implantology and Lasers. Born and raised in India, Dr. Pavan attended SJM Dental College & Hospital, Kuvempu University earning her Bachelor of Dental Surgery. In her pursuit to achieve academic and professional excellence, Dr. Pavan moved to the USA and to attend University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine earning her Masters and Residency in Periodontics and Oral Implantology. Dr. Pavan diligently passes on her expertise to her peers and younger dentists by being a guest lecturer providing Continuing Education and therefore giving back to the future of Dentistry.

Dr. Pavan has extensive surgical experience in gum surgery, gum grafting, bone grafting, placing implants, immediate and esthetic implants, and other advanced surgical techniques. She specializes in micro surgical techniques and less invasive techniques like Pinhole Surgical Technique, SMART bone grafting technique, and Laser Surgical Therapy.
